All children have a right to quality ECD services. All young people have a right to skills development and access to job opportunities. Children and Youth in the rural Eastern Cape are denied access to quality education and skills development.
REC aims to equip, train, mentor and assist young people to establish and managed their own businesses and prepare them to be capable leaders in society.
